I have a Inspiron 14R which is updated to windows Ever since Windows 8. Three days ago I decided to install a driver from the dell support's list.

Have you tried removing the Conexant driver dell from biy laptop, then download and re-install it? My guess is that Windows Update is changing the driver to something that doesn't work. That "feature" cannot be defeated in most versions of Win10 so it might be better to just revert back to Win8.
